What we collect

• Account data — your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• Search data — the project addresses you enter, the categories you select and the results returned, so you can review your search history.
• Billing data — plan, subscription status and credit balance. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — basic request and error logs used to keep the service running.

How we use it

To run searches, enforce plan limits and credits, process payments, provide support and improve facility data quality. We do not sell personal data and do not use your project addresses for advertising.

Facility feedback you send us

If you report an issue with a facility or suggest a source we are missing, we store what you submitted along with your account email so we can follow up and verify it. Submissions are reviewed by our team and never change facility records automatically.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and a mapping provider used to geocode project addresses and calculate driving distance and travel time. Only the data needed for each of those functions is shared.

Retention

Account and search history are retained while your account is active. Billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can update your profile and cancel your subscription from your account at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and search history by emailing support@sourceseeker.app. Deleting your account does not remove billing records we are required to keep.

Security

Data is stored with row-level access controls so records are only readable by the account they belong to, and contact details restricted to paid searches are removed on the server before results are sent to your browser.
