Legacy single search credits

Single search credits are no longer sold. Any credit bought previously remains valid and usable. A $19 search credit is refundable in full while it is unused. Once a credit has been consumed by a completed search, it is not refundable, because the search result has already been delivered. Credits never expire.

If a search fails before returning results, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you do not need to contact us.

Pro subscriptions

Contractor Pro is billed monthly at $99. Supplier Pro is billed monthly at $199. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not run searches in that period, email support@sourceseeker.app within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Billing errors

Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@sourceseeker.app from the address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; refunds include any tax collected.
