1. The service

SourceSeeker is a web application that helps construction professionals locate aggregate quarries, ready-mix concrete plants and hot-mix asphalt plants near a project location, and shows driving distance and travel time returned by a mapping provider.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to run searches, and you are responsible for the activity that takes place under it. Keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are for the use of a single person or company team; do not resell or redistribute search output as a data product.

3. Plans, credits and billing

New accounts include three free project searches. Beyond that you may subscribe to Contractor Pro for $99 per month or Supplier Pro for $199 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. All prices are shown in US dollars, plus applicable taxes.

A search credit is consumed when a search completes successfully. Searches that fail before returning results do not consume a credit or a free search.

4. Data accuracy

Facility records are compiled from public and supplier-published sources. We work to keep them accurate and traceable, but availability, materials, pricing, operating status and contact details change. Verify details directly with the supplier before relying on them for a bid or purchase. Haul-cost figures are estimates produced from your own inputs and are not quotes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-export, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent search limits, and do not use the service to send unsolicited communications to listed facilities.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including bid, procurement or project decisions made using search output.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
